The firm
4M Labs is an applied-AI engineering firm based in Guadalajara, Mexico, shipping since 2022. We build production AI systems — custom agents, private models, and the internal software that runs operations-heavy businesses across Mexico and the US.
We are not an agency. Agencies rent you hours and hand off demos. We scope the outcome, agree the price before we start, and ship working software every week until it runs in production. You own everything we build: code, infrastructure, and decisions.
Our model has three doors: Ventures (we build for equity when we believe in the founder), Delivery Retainers (ongoing senior engineering capacity with weekly shipping), and Scoped Builds (defined systems with price agreed before we start). 30+ systems live today — marketplaces moving half a million dollars in donations, gym platforms cutting no-shows by a third, autonomous trading infrastructure, and open-source memory runtimes for AI coding agents.
