The Problem

The LP gas delivery market in Mexico was underserved and fragmented. Gas companies relied on phone orders, manual dispatch, and had no visibility into delivery operations. Customers had no way to track orders, manage devices, or reorder conveniently. Existing solutions were either consumer-focused (not built for B2B gas operations) or required expensive custom development. The client needed a complete platform that could handle the full delivery lifecycle -- from customer order through driver fulfillment -- with real-time visibility at every step.

What We Built

We built five interconnected platforms as a single system. The landing site handles marketing and lead generation. The admin dashboard gives operations real-time visibility into orders, drivers, and analytics. The API backend (Next.js 14 + Prisma + PostgreSQL) handles business logic, authentication, and data flow. The customer app (Android, Google Maps integration) lets users place orders, track deliveries in real-time, and manage IoT devices. The driver app handles order acceptance, route optimization, and delivery confirmation. Firebase push notifications keep both sides informed. QR code generation enables IoT device management.
