What types of projects does Lab take on?
The Lab focuses on AI and automation ventures that explore new technologies and create reusable components. We work on AI agent frameworks, open-source tools, automations, and educational platforms that accelerate Studio and Delivery Engine builds.
Do you take equity?
Yes. For equity-based engagements, we negotiate a shared equity arrangement. The Lab takes on shared risk in selected projects in exchange for a stake in the long-term success of the product.
How do you select projects?
We evaluate each project on three main criteria: market fit (real demand exists), technical feasibility (it can be built with our stack), and scale potential (it can grow beyond the initial prototype).
Can I bring my own idea?
Yes. We evaluate external ideas and form partnerships when there is a good fit. Send us your concept and we will review it against our selection criteria. Ideas that demonstrate potential can become joint incubations.
